The Ohio Department of Medicaid, Department of Developmental Disabilities, and Department of Aging invite you to an open discussion on the Home and Community Based Services 1915(c) waiver flexibilities implemented through Appendix K during the federal COVID-19 public health emergency.
At this event, we welcome feedback on your experiences with the waiver programs and any recommended changes to the programs. Your feedback will be considered as the agencies work together to identify which flexibilities will continue past November 2023.
