LEAN Thinking Training for County Boards

The LEAN Thinking Training, presented by MEORC council of government, is a 2-day training at North Central Ohio Educational Service Center.

During this two-day training, the “Lean Six Black Belt” trainers will provide the following to participants:

• The LEAN thinking concepts and application of program for County Board personnel.
• A guided practice through a Lean Six Sigma simulated Kaizen event.
• Extensive knowledge about how to make processes more efficient and remove process waste.
• How to make processes simpler, faster and better thus saving the organizations time and money.

Upon completion of the 2-day training, MEORC will provide CEUs to all participants.
