Making Outcomes Matter!

In this training, we will discuss the importance of outcomes and how they can make a person’s life more meaningful.  Come and discuss why outcomes are important, how we can support individuals in reaching them, and creative ways to accomplish their goals! Agency and Independent providers and County Board Staff are welcome to attend!
