The Clearwater COG provides progressive and innovative services to County Boards, Providers, and to people with Developmental Disabilities and their families in Ohio.  The Clearwater COG is a government entity organized in 1996 in accordance with chapter 167 of the Ohio Revised Code, representing nine (9) County Boards of Developmental Disabilities.
