Due to a large volume of calls regarding the Provider Portal, The Ohio Department of Developmental Disabillites Office of System Support and Standards support staff have put together a PDF compiled of screen shots that will walk providers through the initial steps of the review. The PDF, along with the list of instructions, will help providers assign a contact for their upcoming review. DODD are sharing this with all reviewers. Reviewers are the first to hear from a provider struggling with the process. This gives reviewers the opportunity to become more familiar with what the provider sees on their end.
